Karen Wallace

KAREN WALLACE, 83, died Tuesday, May 06, 2025, in Midland. A memorial service will be June 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the Anson Church of Christ, Anson, Texas.
Born March 29, 1942, in Stamford, Karen was the daughter of the late Hugo “Hoolie” and Audrey (Herndon) White. She attended Anson High School and married Jerry Wallace in 1960. Karen was a member of the Anson Church of Christ. Karen and Jerry owned and operated the Twin City News, the Western Observer and the Hawley News and Stamford Printing. Karen moved to Midland three years ago to be closer to family
Karen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son (Jerry “Mark” Wallace).
Survivors include her daughter, Lindy Jackson (and husband, Howard) of Midland; her son, Max Wallace (and significant other, Lisa Lamson) of Baxter, TN; two daughters-in-law, Angela Wallace and Regina Wallace-Davis (and husband, Byron); a brother, Steve White of Kansas City, MO; eight grandchildren, Joshua Wallace (and wife, Kassie), Jason Williamson (and wife, Casey), Tabatha Wallace Perry, Jordan Smith (and wife, Megan), Jared Wallace (and wife, Ashton), Niki Wallace Butler (and husband, Joey), Zachary Wallace (and wife, Cali) and Hayden Wallace (and wife, Ashley); and 19 great-grandchildren.
